Orange Brownie Cake Recipe Ingredients
Four eggs
A glass of granulated sugar
¾ cup flour
Two soup spoon of cocoa
One cup of crushed hazelnuts or walnuts
A pack of baking powder
One orange
A pack of vanilla
80 g dark chocolate
100 g butter
Orange Brownie Cake Recipe
- Butter and chocolate are placed in a bowl. On the stove, they are placed on another pot with boiling water and melted in a bain-marie method.
- Sugar is added to the melting chocolate and butter mixture. When the sugar melts, it is taken from the stove. Eggs at room temperature are broken one by one into this mixture and whisked.
- Add orange peel and orange juice and mix. Cocoa, baking powder, flour and vanilla are sifted together and added to the ingredients.
- Finally, hazelnuts are added and all the material is mixed and poured into the oiled tray. Orange Brownie Cake is baked in a preheated 170 degree oven.
